Springtime is when we see, hear & feel the new energies of growth & renewal and hope..

​​This is a time to move with Mother Nature & synchronise your energies with Her, feeling the rising energy & a time for wringing out the stagnation of winter, with movements ( yoga) and massages , inviting a better flow of energy within our body & minds.

My treatments help with Spring detoxing, & rebalancing our systems.

Healing Tent Treatments & Gazebo..
When the weather is warm you can have the choice of Healing Tent Treatments or if too hot for that under the gazebo, both giving you that imersion into nature feeling.​

Garden yoga has began new term 28th April moving into tent if weather is damp or wet!
​You can book & pay as you go or book up for a termly session.

As from Sept ,Monday eve yoga sessions are back from 6.30pm .. we will switch venue to Liphook Village Hall, note - starting there at the earlier time of 6.30 pm
​Make sure you book as spaces fill up quick!
SOMETHING SPECIAL
I also offer Couples Soundbaths or yoga or Parent & child/teen sessions. Alternatively come with a group of friends or work colleagues.
