What is Seasonal Yoga?

At this current time - I am offering Yoga classes in person:

Monday  eves 6.30pm -7.40pm at the Liphook Village   - Preparation for a restful night sleep.

​

£14 for drop in, or termly block bookings.

​

 I also offer 1 to 1 Yoga tutorials - 1Hour and 15 mins at £45 for a solo lesson

 "Seasonal Yoga:This is a powerful concept of fusing Traditional Chinese medicine & Hatha Style yoga working in harmony with energies of the changing seasons.
Each Season in CTM is connected to an Element and each Element is connected to a pair of bodily organs.


Our organs have certain energy lines called Meridians within our body.
Within each season through our yoga postures we activate theses meridian lines helping to tune us into the energy of each season & balancing the paired organs.

This style of yoga will include tips in lifestyle, eating habits & emotional support within each season, merging with nature, thus helping us to get back into an internal balance.

 

Mindfulness, meditations and breathwork as well as Asanas (postures) are all part of this truly wonderful holistic system.

​

This style of yoga is gentle and flowing, moving with fluidity and the breath. Suitable for beginners and those wanting to improve or enhance their practice. Safety is paramount and I always observe and guide you.
